Mr. Bornemisza is currently social studies department chair and student council coordinator at South Ridge High School. As a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Arizona State University with a bachelor of arts in secondary education and an emphasis in history, he had the unique opportunity to teach for several months during a study abroad in Brighton, England. Fluent in Hungarian and competent in German, he has traveled numerous times throughout many of this nation’s and Europe’s greatest destinations. Before coming to South Ridge, Mr. Bornemisza taught social studies at Peoria Accelerated High School. One of Mr. Bornemisza’s classes was recognized for fund raising, donating, and delivering board games and toys to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. He enjoys spending his personal time mountain biking and hiking.
